MANAJEMEN KESISWAAN DALAM PEMBINAAN AKHLAK SISWA DI SMA ISLAM ASYSYAKIRIN PINANG TANGERANG

Abstract

In today's development, many young people are neglectful of the importance of having good morals, there is a lot of news that shows teenage misbehavior that exceeds normal limits, for example, bullying, brawling between students, committing violence against their friends and also against their teachers. Therefore, school is one place that can minimize and carry out moral development for the delinquencies of the young generation today. Student management is one of the factors that plays a very important role in implementing moral development in schools. The aim of the research in this thesis is to determine: (1) The implementation of student management in developing student morals. (2) Supporting factors and inhibiting factors in developing student morals. (3) The impact of moral development on improving student morals.  The method used in this research is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach. Field research uses interviews, observation and documentation, followed by data analysis and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of moral development for students at Asysyakirin Pinang Islamic High School, Tangerang has gone well, and is running according to the schedule and program that has been planned and created together, with various methods to facilitate the implementation of moral development, supporting factors in fostering cooperation that both between the teacher council in monitoring and following moral coaching and the inhibiting factors are the lack of student awareness of the importance of moral coaching, the impact of implementing moral coaching on improving morals which aims to direct students to become better individuals.
